Our villa, with its own well-maintained garden with large beautiful palm trees, is located in a quiet residential area, with lots of privacy, in a beautiful setting 1.5 km from the beach and the old coastal town of Moraira. Within walking distance (5 min) are nice terraces, restaurants, bars, newspaper stand, supermarket, bakery and other shops.

From the living room you enter through the patio doors on the large covered front terrace from where you have a beautiful panoramic view over the valley and the hills of Moraira. From here you can enjoy life on the sun terrace with the sun loungers and life in and around the pool.

The atmosphere in the evening and swimming in a lit pool. Downstairs is a large garage in which the washing machine is located and a safe. Outside the garage there is ample parking on the enclosed grounds. Our Dutch manager (multilingual) will receive you and explain the operation of the devices and the points of interest in the house.
