The living room

Our Villa has a spacious and cozy decorated living room with a fireplace, (temporarily unavailable) stereo, satellite TV and WiFi. The villa has central heating system in all rooms, so you has it also in the winter months comfortable in our villa.

Two spacious relax banks are located to the fireplace and create a good atmosphere and comfort in the living room.

The patio doors give direct contact with the life on the size covered terrace at the front and on the sun terrace with swimming pool offering a panoramic view of the valley and the hills of Moraira.

The dining room

Connected to the living room is the dining room where a long table and six delicious seated chairs are waiting for you.

From the dining room you have direct access to our “orange tree” terrace

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with wok burner, convection oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, Nespresso machine and microwave. A BBQ is also provided

Next to the kitchen we have another covered terrace with a nice wooden table and chairs. This terrace is equipped with patio heaters, possibly wonderful for the evenings in spring and autumn. From here you can enjoy life on the sun terrace with sun loungers and life in and around the pool. The garden, terraces and swimming pool are equipped with lighting and give a cozy and romantic atmosphere in the evening.

The 9 x 4.5 m swimming pool has wide steps with a chrome bracket for easy access to the pool for young and old. The swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with palm trees and spacious sun terraces. Once or twice a week, the pool man cleans and checks the pool. Of course there is the additional outdoor shower
